HELP!!! Experiencing pain.
Monday, February 11th, 2008I posted in the forums, but thought I should post in a blog as well… here is my post:
I’ve asked some friends and workout buds, but none of them have ever experienced it. I’ve watched very carefully in the mirror and focused on the movements to make sure I am using the right muscles to make the movements — nothing seems to lessen the pain. It’s frustrating, because the pain lingers and makes it difficult to hold heavy objects — i.e. weights. Has anyone ever dealt with this kind of situation and is there something I can do to fix it?
