					<description>Try Gold's Gym.  That's where I got mine tested.  They have a scale that you stand on barefoot and it does everything.  Plus, it's quick and painless.</description>

					<description>I think hydrostatic weighing is the most accurate way to measure % body fat.  You might want to check with some nearby universities or wellness centers to see if any of them offer it.  Calipers are probably a good way for self-checks and I've heard are more accurate than impedance devices.  With a lean build like yours, the way you look as you build muscle may be as important as religiously tracking body fat.</description>
