So my goal for the past 4 months or so has been to gain 15 lbs of lean muscle and get down to 8% body fat. My body fat has been listed as 12% because that’s what it was last time I checked, but it’s been quite a while since then. I recently purchased bf callipers (?) with a built in calculator & digital read-out. It places my bf somewhere between 4.6 and 6.2%… I assume it’s not very accurate, maybe it is, not sure. I guess I need to find another way to check it just to make sure. If it’s true that my bf is a lot lower than I thought, then it’s probably about time I ajust my goals!

Ok, so I’ve been a member on this site for a while & I figure it’s about time to do some blogging…
My intentions when I joined the site were very clear — gain lean muscle mass and track my results. Well, it has been a few months, I have lost 4 lbs and gained no size. If asked why, I know the answers. I haven’t eaten the calories I need to make large gains and I had a car accident 4 weeks ago that has kept me in bed for a little over a week and from getting to the gym at all! I’ve recently been given a job promotion that came with a LOT more work plus I’ve been trying to buy a new house. Circumstances aside, I haven’t eaten enough.
I do have some updated goals… I am planning on bulking starting in September. I’m also working on getting with a trainer through the winter. I really hope to see some great results — I know it will take some serious hard work, and I’m ready!
I will definitely keep track of my results by photos and blogging. Wish me luck!
