I started working out today. It feels great. I am going to try to incorperate cardio in between my weight training so that way I won’t get lazy and not do any cardio. I hope it is going to work. I am eating better and it seems to be helping. Now if I can stay accident free then I can kick this fat in the ass literally!!

I have an enjured back so my working out has slowed down and then came to a halt. Hopefully in the next week can do some working out. Since I can’t i have been watching my diet so I don’t lose my hard work.

Loving how my body is changing. My arms and shoulders are looking "beefy" according to my hubby. I am not satisfied with my stomach it is looking the opposite of what I want it to look, don’t understand why.

Feeling kind of crappy the last two weeks because I hurt my back and had hard time working out. Getting kind of disappointed.
