okay so today is my OFF DAY! REST BABY!! Lol so i decided to go to VitaminShoppe! to pick up some new supplements i picked up SIZEON by gaspri and some Nitrix By BSN ima stack these together and hopefully illl see some more gains im currently abotu 195 10%bodyfat! Ill keep ya guys updated on my progress with these two stackin!

okay today.. i did back and i felt very big for some reason idk i was very pumped and felt full i usualy deadlift 300 lbs and i did 350 today and felt good sets of 8 hmmm..yay! haha

Help gaining mass without gaining fat

Well.. i wan tto gain about 15-20 more pounds of muscle before next football season and i started about 175 last year wheni started weight training and im 200 now any suggestions?? help
