Is it me or does it look like figure is moving more towards bikini looking bodies? Doesn’t appear that they want the legs so strong anymore.. I don’t now.. what are your thoughts on it?

I killed legs last nite!!! Made it thru the whole freaking workout!! I tried half of the sample pack of superpump250.. It gave me just enough energy and I was still able to push hard!! My hubby kept adding weight onto everything, and I was like who is suppose to push that and he told me you, now do it!! A couple of times I looked at him like he was crazy but pushed out my reps, and he continued to add weight… Good Grief!!! He made sure I beat my legs… I definitely need to get me a belt to do those squats especially if im going to lift heavy… It really felt awesome!! Can’t wait to see results!!
No sleepless nite!! I actually slept great, I slept so hard I almost didn’t want to get up and do cardio this morning… But hubby pushed me and said go work out..

So I’m crashing now from the superpump250.. We were having a meeting and I was falling asleep to where the manager just stopped and looked at me b4 proceeding.. LOL…
aNYWAYS We get out the meeting and Im like bump this I need salt, sugar something… I was headed out the door and stopped by the bathroom b4 i took a lunch and this lady stopped me and said it looks like you’re slimming down… I was like really… she said yes jeans don’t lie.. as I rubbed the back of my jeans i noticed that these jeans did fit better and were even loose in the waist… I was like thank you… I immediately did a u-turn back to the office where Im now enjoying my chicken, nuts, and banana!!!
I’m glad I did not defeat myself and give into the cravings.. Im just gonna go take nap instead and try and energize myself!!!

Im into week 2 of my program, and had been on count down to enjoy the h. carb day today…
Currently I’m in the dropping fat and adding lean mass so I guess this is a carb cycling plan starting out on the 21st week thru the 14thweek. So starting on the 2nd week every 3rd day I add in the bagels, sweet potatoes. Out of those days it’s pretty much egg whites, chicken, fish, veggies, protein drinks and a few fruit.. We know the routine.. lol..
I intook my first 1/2 wheat bagel… And I actually found myself forcing it down… Then afterwards I felt this bloatedness.. And I was like ewwww this is NOT what I was looking forward to… lol.. And I was thinking I knew I shouldn’t have ate that darn thing!! It seems like I have to intake sooo much food today.. And now I’m thinking im going to get even fatter.. lol.. I know that these are good carbs so im not gonna mentally freak out.. lol.. So I will continue to follow my eating plan to a T and not freak out bc of bagels and sweet potatoes
Today is a leg day and we all know what happened last week.. So these carbs I will be grateful for today because I plan on finishing my leg workout and hitting it hard..
And I will be thanking the LORD when I hit tonites workout!!

Ok so I was looking for something to give me an extra boost during workouts.. So last nite b4 I went to the gym to knock out chest, abs,and some cardio i went to the nutition store and bought a sample pack of super pump250.. The hubby wasn’t able to go with me and I figured I needed to hit chest pretty hard.. Anywho I took the superpump knocked out abs first to allow the stuff to get into my blood stream… I could feel it working pretty fast bc my body started heating up.. And I was ready to workout.. I started with my warm up sets and then started racking on weight, and I was like WOW!! This stuff works!! I was able to lift heavier wo my hubby being there to spot me.. I knocked out cardio (hiit) And I was still amped up.. Did 30 add’l min on the treadmill.. Came home bc usually after the gym im pooped and come home take a shower and then it’s sweet dreams… I was thrilled about the workout and called the hubby to let him know.. He told me he was happy and wish he could’ve been there..Anywho
The bad side comes…
Im trying to wind down and can’t my heart is still racing… I only took one serving of this stuff…I feel like I need to still workout… I take a shower try and relax and just can’t. I get in the bed but I get no sleep.. My heart is still racing more than normal.. So I axed cardio this morning, and fat burner so I can get my heart to normal rate.. I loved that I had an awesome workout.. But I can’t go wo sleep.. Even though I’m not tired it’s not good for me… So no fat burners today. When I head to the gym tonite instead of taking the 1 sserving sample pack I’m gonna try half of a serving.. If that has me amped again to where I can’t sleep then I won’t be able to incorporate this into my training.
Any suggestions??

Knees are a little tender from last nites cardio.. But it felt soooo good… I’m doing 30 minutes of hiit in the evening so I’m gradually increasing how many sprints I put into the workout!!! LOVED IT!!! I’m so grateful that the hubby has been there working it out with me (not that he needs it) but he’s pushing me and I love it!!! Tonite chest, abs, and lovely cardio-woohoo

Last week was getting readjusted to the gym.. This week I plan on taking it up a notch!! Can’t wait for it!! Working Abs, Back and Calves today can’t wait to get into the gym this evening… This weekend I did better than I expected with the eating I didn’t go and do any binges orr anything.. But I do need to work on timing my meals for the weekend.. It’s just kind hard for me to stay on the 2-3 hour meals when I’m running around so much.. I packed my meals and took them with me, but somehow still got side tracked..Took the hubby with me Sunday for Spin class and he loved it!! He was drenched in sweat… lol He kept me movitated and kept telling me to pudh it push it.. I was like Thank God, bc if he hadn’t of been there I probably would ran out with my tail tucked between my legs!! Lol
Well 2nd week in and 20 more to go, I’m riding this train all the way.. FULL SPEED AHEAD!!! WOO HOO!!

I’ve been surfing BB probably waaaay to much this week.. lol
I’ve been looking for women who set similar goals to mine.. Picking a competition date even though they were out of shape, had lots of weight to loose and had high bf%.. I plan on looking at these women’s profiles everyday, because I now know that it can be done in a short period of time.. It’s gonna take some hard work and EXTREME dedication.. However I know if I put in the work I’m going to be walking on stage in April with the biggest smile ever!!! To my inspirations I want to say thank you for paving the way…

Last nite was shoulders, abs, and I threw in a spin class for the cardio…
I rearranged my eating scheduling so that I wouldn’t Bonk out at the gym!! Man it made a world of difference!!! I was able to kill my workout, hubby couldn’t come along he had to pull a double last nite… But I pulled it off!! After spin class I just had this huge grin on my face bc I felt great leaving the gym!! Tonite will be BI’s, TRI’s, Abs, AND CARDIO…. Ohhh boy i can wait!!
