So it’s the day after Thanksgiving… I hope everyone enjoyed the day!! I’m at work and wishing i was at home… I’m sitting here contemplating on whether or not I should compete in an NPC show in April.. I really want to, but another side of me is completely terrified.. I keep telling myself yes, then no.. But why am I so afraid? I’ve wanted to compete for sooo many years now, and I’ve never gone thru with it, and gotten my body to where it should be.. Perhaps I’m terrified that I won’t be able to finish and I’ll fail. I’m really up in the air about this.. If I do decide I have about 20-21 weeks of prep to get competition ready… I’m just really scared… Maybe it’s the true committment behind it all.. I was reading Lisa Person’s story and she prepped herself for competion in 6 months and looked AWESOME!! Do I have that much dedication and committment? I really need to dig deep and look within myself and see if this is really my time…

I’m on day 3 of the PFD Plan with fitness poynters.. Today is a day of rest which I’m ever so greatful for!! For those of you who are considering the plan.. You have an awesome support team around you. Everyone is cheering for you and pressing you harder each day. Steve is just the most Amazing guy.. I honestly never thought he’d be as interactive with you, but he’s reachable, and he totally provides you support as well. I love the "DO WORK CREW" and trust me so many people are getting results it’s crazy!! Can you believe your body can change in 2weeks!! Well there are people on the plan working with Steve and pictures to prove it!! It’s just jaw dropping and I can’t wait to be the next success of his program!! It ROCKS!! It kicks your tail but it’s ooooh so worth it!!

Day 2 of the Psychotic Fat Destruction Plan.. I love it!! Steve is great he checks in on ya and answers any questions that you may have.. The DO WORK CREW is awesome!! Constant motivation and support from all the people!! You couldn’t ask for anything more..

I was so full yesterday I really didn’t think that I could eat another bite, no chocolate cravings or wanting to hit the vending machine during mid day. I admit I’m sore but in a good way. Tomorrow is a rest day so I get to sleep in instead of waking up at 5am to get to the gym in time. I think I’m going to feel like I’m cheating or something with missing a day in the gym.. lol

It’s Friday and the weather is horrible.. You have to love Texas weather.. I just want to go home and get some rest. I’ve been moving this week and haven’t been getting much sleep which really sucks.. I’m ready for Monday so I can start my new workout plan I’m just so excited about it.. Looking to make some serious improvements hopefully this is going to be exactly what I need!!

I made a decision to change my diet and workout plan.. I’ve seen people get the results and I want them as well.. Starting Monday I’m on the Psychotic Fat Destruction Plan by fitnesspoynters. The workout looks intense and the meal plan is even better.. You guys keep an eye out for me as I put this plan to the test.. Come and check on my weekly progress as I count the days down to my wedding and the changes my body is really getting to make..Why? BECAUSE RESULTS MATTER!!

Ok.. so I just ordered my wedding dress and it should be here in June.. I know it’s cutting it close but I couldn’t find the dress here locally- arrgh.. Anywho.. So I didn’t get to bed until 4:30 this morning, packing and setting up the house and getting room mates moved out.. Needless to say I’m dog tired and still have tons to once I get off of work. And the most dreadful task to get completed today is filing my darn taxes-arrrgh i hate it!!

96 Days and Counting!!

I don’t know if I’m expecting a miracle or what.. But my wedding is in 96 days and my 1st competition that I want to participate in will be in August. I’ve got to ramp up and go into full force I order my dress this week and I’m still wish washy on what size I should buy it in.. I’ve decided that I’m putting myself to a challenge.. 90 days of clean eating follow my diet to a T and don’t miss a workout or a cardio session and post weekly progress pictures.. OHOH did I say post weekly progress pictures? It’s time to get this train moving full speed ahead and I need to be determined to get there!! I’m not sure why the scale isn’t moving but I am seeing changes in my body and I like that and that’s what has kept me moving and going to the gym every morning!! It’s not going to happen over night but I want to put a dent in something in 90days. Some say you can’t completely change your body in 90 days.. Let’s see if I can prove them wrong!!

100 Days until my Wedding

I can’t believe how time is flying!! I have a 100 days until my wedding and still tons of weight to drop.. Due to my history of yo-yo dieting I’m trying real real hard not to do some type of crazy diet to start making my weight drop.. I haven’t ordered my dress yet and I’m suppose to do that next week. However I’m freakin terrified because I have no idea what size to order it in. I’ve been hitting the gym 5xs a week and really trying to stay focused on my eating plan.. Honestly I’m sooo tired of eating chicken I think I may be turning into one.. LOL.. I started a new workout and I’m loving it!! Heavier weight less reps and I think that I’m starting to see improvements faster. I’ll have to get pictures posted and let you guys decide on that. Hopefully I can get some new one’s up this weekend.. Like I said the weight has gone up, and I’m still not quite sure why, but hopefully it’ll start to fall off!!

Ok I’ve been working my butt off in the gym eating good 5x’s a week and even doing 2 a days.. I was doing cardio in the morning and my weight work out and also doing a second cardio in the evening.. Maybe I was overworking myself. So PLEASE tell me why the scale continues to increase.. Like I said in a previous post I can’t do the 6meals a day on the weekend but I don’t eat horrible either on the weekends.. During the week it’s protein shakes and chicken, broccoli and brown rice. But the thing that amazes me is that everyone keeps telling me you’re getting skinner you look good. And I’m just like really? My FI keeps grabbing my arms and telling me you feel tighter AND YOU’RE SLIMMING.. Then he asks the dreadful question how much have you lost.. I just look at him and tell him nothing I’m gaining.. He tells me it’s not possible but the scales don’t lie right… I may just have to stay off of that thing for awhile or I’m going to get totally discouraged.. I have to be loosing inches because I can say that my clothes are fitting different and better.. But I’ve always been a numbers girl and I want to see that scale move down to affirm that my hard work is paying off!! I;m just gonna keep pushing hard in the gym and I guess eventually see the scale move down..

I had an awesome work out this morning.. CHEST AND BACK!! I go back to the gym this evening and do cardio..
