Weight loss after time off

I took a week completely off, I went off my meals, I didn’t eat good, no weights and only did a little cardio.  I get on the scale after this week and I have lost more weight.  I have felt like I put on a ton of weight and I get on the scale and I have lost weight.  I took the week due to thinking I was over doing it.  Maybe I was, I don’t know anyone have any thoughts?

The scale should not be trusted! You should always track your progress by utilizing actual measurements or a much easier method of looking in the mirror. If you want to make sure you are making the right progress, I would suggest getting a bodyfat caliper and a tape measure. Great job on the progress you have made so far, i look forward to highlighting you as a transformation of the week in the near future!
