Pull-up Machine
I’m really happy.. did 5 sets of 5 pull ups for a total of 25!!
Also think I’m gonna start incorporating sprints into my runs once a week.
That’s all for now.. other than that gotta focus on school. My final today really could have gone better, but I don’t have time to lament over it since I have an anatomy quiz on Friday. It never ends…

That so awesome!! I am still having to use the assisted pull up machine. I am going to get to where I can do pullups thought!! Just keep on keeping on!! Good luck on your quiz!

Nice going on pullups! Great for lats, but also simply works the entire upper body. No rest for the weary.
I’m with ya on diet. Hope to do well this week, despite not feeling great.

Nice work on the pullups…and sprints are always a good idea. Good luck on that quiz, my son’s taking anatomy and loves it…NOT.

Well good job on the pullups…..I wish I had the time to do them….let alone do 1 in general. I think the sprints will help shake up your workout….and kick ass is school!
