Slipped Disc.

I recently suffered a slipped disc. It is a condition that runs heavily In my family. I suffered the injury doing one of the things I love most, fishing. I guess it happened from standing up while driving in rough water. I guess it will slow my workout plan some, but I plan on doing everything I can. I guess I’ll keep things as low impact as possible. I guess Ill walk a lot more and do some very light back work.
