cutting is shitty… mondays i do legs today i put up 450 3 sets of 15 today and my 4th set i did it 20 …. i got leg curls calf raises than 30min of cardio 3 min runnin 3 min walkin…. than tuesdays i got incline db bench 75lbs in each hand, seated rows at 210, shoulder press, ticeps than biceps, and 30 min of cardio repeat mondays n tuesdays for thursday friday and sat. and wednesday cardio…. its shitty lol oh and needless to say my diet 300gs of protein aday 120 gs of carbs and 50gs of fat a day….
