A few goals reached!
June 30, 2008Today was a big day for me! Not only did i finally reach 200 lbs, but i put up 315 on bench, after 3 sets no less! Ive been putting on weight so fast that I haven’t even realized the potential of my strength gains in my workouts. Unfortunately, I have a little more fat than I wanted at 15%, so I’m gonna start cutting down to hopefully get under 10% fat. It was getting difficult eating so much to gain the weight, so I’m looking forward to decreasing the calories and adding some more cardio to my regimen. Hopefully I get lean real quick to show off during the summer, but I’ve learned everything will happen in time. God bless!
