Bad Part of Being a Chef on a Bodybuilder workout plan!!!!!
Well I had a Certified Master Chef come from the CIA in New York to teach my staff about world cuisine. He did a great job. The bad part about it was that my staff was so proud of the thing they made they kept tell my here Chef try this.
Monday Italian
Tuesday Mexican
Wednesday Chinese
Thursday Thai
Friday Korean Japanese.
Plus every night we were taken out to an area restaurant —tapas, New Haven pizza, Mexican. Needless to so that it was a great culinary experience but a crappie week for my diet. I feel like a gain 5 pound but it didn’t very bloated and wicked gas!!!!!!!! I did not miss a signal workout all week maybe that is why I did not gain anything. Tomorrow back on a serious diet need to get down to 220 and those love handle who every thought of that name should be shot
