After much trial and a lot of error we solved the protein contain of organic flour issue . Organic flour has about 15 percent less protein then regular flour. This protein when mixed gives you gluten when cooked it becomes hard and firm. This keep you cake from falling. So we took out the whole egg and add 100 percent egg white therefore increasing the protein container. This was the 41 time we made this recipe and NOW it works. We also are doing stealth health, cutting out Tran’s fats, simple sugar and just extra calories. The whole goal is to make thing health , have lot of flavor and let the kid be none the wiser. Well one week down for just a cardio and leg workout. MY chest is feeling about 85 percent better so one more week will not kill me, But at my gym the cardio machine are all up stair overlooking the weight room. I just look down there and think how great it would be to get back to feeling the pump of the weight. Peoples say that it is not a rush I disagree you feel something inside that is hard to explain to someone who does not work out.
My older boys have started their summer workouts for soccer with the new high school coach. The last one was BAD didn’t care and lacked discipline. The new coach the first day set the tone he said “that if is you are 15 early you are on time, on time you are late, late GO HOME”. How this guy I LIKE. Cardio training 3 day a week at 6:00 am or 5:45 if you are on time. They had to Chelsea’s or herbe’s in hockey. They had to wall sit for 6 minutes. Kid came home one said killer workout (the hockey player) the other (play station pro) was cry it was too hard.
