Second Week OF MF Rock Hard Challenge
This moring it hit the gym to do for the second time the chest/ Tri workout. On my 2 bench set I had 205 on and sit to myself i am going to lift this 6 time and I did. Six months i could not do one pushup and now i am bench press 205. this may not seem like a lot to sum but to me it is a great mile stone. So I have a new goal and that is to bench press 250 6 time. I have a hard time with my upper body and the last thing to go is the spare tire around my gut. My leg are coming along great. Cant wait to see how i look after one month never mind 3.
