MF Rock Hard Leg workout
Got back for the gym after the leg portion of the rock hard challenge. I think that this is the best leg workout I have ever had. My leg where in pretty good shape before but now I htink that I was msitaken. They feel like they are sore but pumpped and a little shakey. We will see how my diet and supplement super pump and size are realy going to do now, can’t what to get to the gym tommorow. I just posted new photo they look ok because now i see the areas that need the work before it was every where. the weight is harder to get off now but when it come off it is more rewording then before because I know how hard it was to get off. So the pain, sweat, craping muscle and being tired are all worth it in the end.
