Chest Workout was Rockin
Ok changed my chest workout got rid of the incline dumbells and add incline bench press and dip. I did the gym today with this new chest workout. Used the superpump 250 in about 30 minutes i could feel my chest and tri getting a great pump. This was the best chest workout in weeks. After the weight of to the cardio did 15 minutes of HIIT cardio 90 second on and 90 second off thought i was going to die about 6 minutes in but sucked it up and finish and was I glad I did my leg where kill me but what a workout!!!
