Changing my diet
Monday, June 23rd, 2008I will be changing my diet from a low carb high protein to an more balanced on of 45 % protein 40 % carb complex only and 15 % fat. I did this two day ago and was afraid the scale was goin to JUMP up but it has not and I have a lot more energy, Itook the day of form they gym today and will hit the gym tommorow for my chest workout let see how much my bench goes up this week. Yesturday did my workout with out superpump 250 it was ok boy do i miss the pump and extra energy. Ups is delevering more today so back to workout with superpump GREAT.
