Changing my diet

I will be changing my diet from a low carb high protein to an more balanced on of 45 % protein 40 % carb complex only and 15 % fat.  I did this two day ago and was afraid the scale was goin to JUMP up but it has not and I have a lot more energy, Itook the day of form they gym today and will hit the gym tommorow for my chest workout let see how much my bench goes up this week.  Yesturday did my workout with out superpump 250 it was ok boy do i miss the pump and extra energy. Ups is delevering more today so back to workout with superpump GREAT.

Second Week OF MF Rock Hard Challenge

This moring it hit the gym to do for the second time the chest/ Tri workout.  On my 2 bench set I had 205 on and sit to myself i am going to lift this 6 time and I did.  Six months i could not do one pushup and now i am bench press 205.  this may not seem like a lot to sum but to me it is a great mile stone.  So I have a new goal and that is to bench press 250 6 time.  I have a hard time with my upper body and the last thing to go is the spare tire around my gut.  My leg are coming along great.  Cant wait to see how i look after one month never mind 3.

MF Rock Hard Leg workout

Got back for the gym after the leg portion of the rock hard challenge.  I think that this is the best leg workout I have ever had.  My leg where in pretty good shape before but now I htink that I was msitaken.  They feel like they are sore but pumpped and a little shakey.  We will see how my diet and supplement super pump and size are realy going to do now, can’t what to get to the gym tommorow.  I just posted new photo they look ok because now i see the areas that need the work before it was every where.  the weight is harder to get off now but when it come off it is more rewording then before because I know how hard it was to get off.  So the pain, sweat, craping muscle and being tired are all worth it in the end.

Just go off the scale and holy crap it said 259.  I got off and got bakc on again to make sure it was not wrong and 259 again.  that is just NINE pounds form my end of summer goal.  Now I can see area that need more work. Just change my workout so we will see how that goes for month.  Just add super pump 250 and sizeon to my diet after 3 day of using it I would say that I like it much better that the no-explode that I was taking before.  Changed my diet to 60 % protein 20 % carbs and 20% fat.  Just need to stick to it but now I am seeing major results so I will push even harder.  Energy level is up for 1 year ago your would be to if you had 100 pound less of you to carry around.  This weight loss is get costly no I need even more new clothes.  This is a great problem to have.

Chest Workout was Rockin

Ok changed my chest workout got rid of the incline dumbells and add incline bench press and dip.  I did the gym today  with this new chest workout.  Used the superpump 250  in about 30 minutes i could feel my chest and tri getting a great pump.  This was the best chest workout in weeks.  After the weight of to the cardio did 15 minutes of HIIT cardio 90 second on and 90 second off thought i was going to die about 6 minutes in but sucked it up and finish and was I glad I did my leg where kill me but what a workout!!!
