Ben, are you getting enough "real" food in? It seems like you are having a lot of shakes. I’m not sure of your plan, just wondering.

I’m just learning how to clean up my diet too. The trainer who gave me a nutrition plan said not to have too many shakes (2 a day at most), that you should try to get most of your calories from real food…lean protein, veggies, legumes, etc.

I know it is high on protein shake but this is on purpose. The sport nationalist at the university that I work for has design this program for phase one because I am borderline diabetic with a family history of it to. They have put me on a program which at the most I can have 80 gram of carbs a day and one day of the week I can have 125 and that is it. Let me tell you 85 is not a lot. I am always on the go between all of the dining hall that I am reasonable for so shake and bar are easy instead of eating the typical college food. I have been doing it for over 1 month and it seem to be working according to the blood test I get every other week. I feel like a dam blood bank.
