My workout got my threw a very busy work week
I had a very busy week at work. I had 6 parties with head of state, university president and the last with diners that gat over 150 million to the university. I dreaded this week for a month But I workout every day at 4:30 in the morning I had LOTS of energy and mental focus which I didn’t think that I would have. So there is something to say about making time to working out no matter what life throws at you. I did not go to the gym on Saturday at and took a day off. Today I change my workout to 3 day on with heavy weights then one day off then 3 days on with the same workout but with lighter weight and more reps. Let’s wee how this workout will go. It seem not to boring and should keep my muscles guessing. In am think of taking NO-Xplode before my workout and then adding a fat burn later in the morning. I am open to all comments on this
