Muscle Tech Challenge and Diet
I am entering the Muscle tech challenge to see how well I can do over the next 4 week. . If I get into better shape than I am now then I win!! Today I am 271 pound down from 357 pounds around thanksgiving I looked in the mirror and said who is that. I am getting rid of my chins and my man boob and going away to. I feel that I have more energy feel healthier and I am starting to look better which in turn will give me more confidence. I even think that I have abs under my fat just started to add abs workout out to my workout. I have started to use a website called fit day to check my diet and it is working out great. I eat 6 time a day it seem like a lot when I first started but know it seem like I am hungry in about 3-4 hour like clockwork. I eat about 1800-2000 cal a day protein 55%, fat 25%, carbs 20% this seem to be working out well. I would like to know your thought on this diet ratio? I have a lot of energy with the amount of calories and the weight is coming off. My blood sugar is below 100 now so I am happy with that.
