Got back on my workout plan with a positive attitude
Took the day off from work to do the hinny do list But first when to the gym for my leg work out. I was pumped to get in the gym at about 10:00 a.m. About 15 in the gym great. Put on the iPod and cracked the tunes and tuned all of the people at the gym. Hit the squat rack and it felt great so I add an extra set for a total of 5 last one was 300 ten reps and what burn!!! I increase my weight by about 10 per set. After I finish my leg work out they felt like JELLO and where very soar. I think that I accomplished thing do day. Got back on my workout plan with a positive attitude. I am doing well on my clean eating diet and boy is it hard for a chef not to eat food with a lot of flavor. I started looking recipes in a different way saying how I can add flavor without fat and lot of sugar or crap. This is day 30 that I have not had ANY Diet coke (my one vise about 5-6 can a day) and do not miss it at all. Sometime water gets boring so I add some crystal light for a different taste. Weight loss seems to have slowed down a lot according to the scale but my clothes are getting much loose. Getting rid of FAT and Adding Muscle!!!! Back to work and the great gym time of 4:30a.m.
