Great leg workout/ need help with inner thigh area

I took off Saturday form the gym entirely, boy was I dragging ass and needed some rest.  This morning go up and was READY to get to the gym for my leg day.  Last week I change my workout for low weight high reps to a pyramid workout 12-10-10-8 and may leg where burning when I was working out and soar the next day and it felt great.  I was excited to see what changing my workout would do my weight load and reps.  Last time my last set of squats was 8 reps at 280 this time is was a much easier 280 for 10 reps.  I will have to up my starting weight next time.  All of my reps in my workout where easier that last time so up go the first set weight on all of them.  By the end of my leg workout they felt like Jell-O which was great I am sure tomorrow they will be very soar. I need to work on my inner thigh area a little more does anyone have a good workout for that?  I wife had a great idea to the arc trainer for 30 minutes, so what the hell.  Tomorrow is my chest workout looking forward to see if I have the same result as my leg?

SEE if yuor gym has a SLIDE by reebok or the step . If not ASK a trainer to show yuo HOW to use a lo cable with a ankle strap . to do inner sweeps for yuor inner thigh.OR seat on the flor and use 2 ankle straps and do INNER squeeses like a pec deck . OR ask if the gym has a INNER thigh machine .

OR when yuo do Squats - wide stance cut the weight in 1/2 for all sets that day feet 14-20 inches apart.

leg press feet pointed out at 45 degress knees too .

ASK a trainer to show you these moves so yuo dont get hurt .
