Good day at the Gym

Got up at 4:15 and was at the gym at 4:30.   Took the day off from the weight and did 60 minutes of cardio on the incline ramp at level 9.  Thing started out well but about 25 minutes in i thought i had no energy left so i threw a towle over the timer and just keep going in about 10 minutes i got my second wind and the last 25 minutes where great.  I am keeping my heart rate down at around 125 in the fat burning range and this was very hard.  But in the end I burned the same calories as before hopefully it was more fat than muscle.  tommorow is my off day and then back on my leg workout can’t wait!! I never thought I would say that.  With the more I workout and see result the more i push myself.  I started weighting myself everyother monday to check my progress.  I seem to not to be lossing weight but thing are getting firmer.  I will take new progress photos new week to see how far i have come.

Just worry about getting and meeting yuor goals for the day. fat burning zones are just a guide line . it all depends HOW , WHAT , WHY , WHEN yuo ate everything since yuor last cardio session. JUST stay under 75 % of yuor max ,
