Changed my workout / life of a chef
I change my workout from low weight and high reps to pyramid and heavier weight. Thanks to Brutus did my leg work out today and boy am I sore. I felt great when I left the gym as I accomplished something. I leg pressed on my last set 315 for 8 reps. I think that this is the way to go for build more muscle and getting to better shape. Tomorrow I will be to back and biceps. Had a good day on my diet till I had to go taste 12 different theme meal at work this is the life of a chef. I eat about 400-500 at a meal 5-6 time a day. I feel like crap and my stomach has a brick inside of it. Thank god we only do these meals once a semester!!!! Back to the gym in the a.m. to work off the brick
