great new gym time

Diet seemed to be going well and then hit the wall no weight loss for about 2 week. Need to chang my deit to about 1800 cal aday trying to stay under 65 g of carb and itis then tough.  I found this great web site fitday and start inputing my day food intact to get a better handle on what is going into my body,  this seem to be working.  I have also change my workout to more reps and less weight added more cardo.  I weight traing is 3 day on 1 day and 3 day on cardio is 6 daays a week.  this is difficult with my schedule but the gyn now open at 4:30 a.m. on a lot of people at that time and the crazy’s

    HELLO BEN ,
#1 1800 to low , im not here to argue , bump it back up to 2100
#2 work on eating 200 grams of protein a day .

i read a bunch of yuor workouts too many sets stop at 15 reps , BUMP up the weight so yuor sets range from 12-15 reps

if yuo keep doing 15 reps set after after set .yuor body will get bored .

it does matter if yuo work at at 430 am or 10 pm after a long P.I.T.A day .

WHEN u go at 430 am or so DRINK 24-32 oz of water asap after yuo wake up IF yuo not drinking 30-40 gram protein drink .

the more yuo blog ( as time allows ) the more people will see it and offer tips ,

ANY ?’’s dont hesitate to ask .

whats wrong with us crazy’s ?? LOLOLOL

You can do anything you put your mind too. I was working out twice a day five days a week and once a day on the weekend. I think making the adjustments will help with the plateau that you hit. I like to pyrimid my workouts too.
