Trip
I attended a conference this Wednesday to Friday for the university dinning service that I work for. The hotel had NO gym. We had very bad choice for food for breakfast and lunch but dinner was OK. Thank god I brought protein bars and shakes. Felt like @$(&% after eat the best choice of food I could find. The most exciting part was meeting and listening to the Fit Food Dud. After his lecture I was even more charged up about my work out. Got home on Friday and went right to the gym. First thing I did was to get on the scale and see how much more work I need to do after the conference and I was down to 298. This was very exciting about half way to my goal of weighing 250 pounds.
