Working out
I started working out about 2 month ago and have seen major changes. I feel much better and have more enegy all the time. The result that i see at the gym are making me become for serious about diet. this is very hard when you are a chef and the working in an indrusty that want to make you fat. I watch what I eat and started to write down what I eat evevy day this seem to be helping. but i amgoing on a trip to another college for 3 day and the menu does not that healthy so this will be a big test
