medication and workingout
its hard when you have to stuggle with bipolar,depression,housework,and, workingout. Not only that I also have 4 kids I take care of. So I have the goal of competition and being healthy. I am getting a lot of support lately and working with my wieght going up and down do to the meds which is hard because I am trying to build muscle. I know I am not the only on out there and I help a lot of people in my newsletter with my article on "health and fitness". Anyone else out there who wat to vent?

I don’t know what it’s like for you, with the med’s, schedule, and workouts, etc. My schedule is insane, and I need to wake up at 2:00am tofit everything in. 3 Kids, 70 hours a week at work, well, you know the drill. YOU are doing great. When you look at yourself it’s hard to see it, but your pics show it. One day at a time, you are kicking butt, I’lll check back, cya.

thanks for that wish I could start that early but I take sleeping pills Im out untill atleast 9am. I guess its just frustrating to fit it all in.

I feel for you girl, hang in there! You look GR8 and I’m sure the exercise is good for your depression.
