Blog Entry

Just wanted to say building muscle sucks its so hard and its hard to find something that works for me I’m going to try to work 2 body parts a day again and see how that works and cut down cardio a little more I’m so lost I wish it were easier I’m doing some things right and others wrong lost lost lost.

    Building muscle can be hard for many people, especially when done naturally. Be patient! I think cutting down on cardio is a great step. Eat more protein and carbs, too. You have to kind of bulk up and then shed the excess fat. I do not mean bulk up like a guy (cause that will never happen unless you use "things"), but don’t worry about gaining a few pounds. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat because it is much more dense and takes up less space. I hope this helps a bit. I have never had a hard time putting on muscle….just losing the body fat on my BOOTY!     Keep up the good work just make sure you dont get in a routine always mix it up everytime you go to the gym! If you need something to grow then just work the hell out of it one day… do a blitz on that baby for 12 hours if possible… try and work that one muscle out 3 sets everyhour… high reps on that day then let it rest a week then low reps on your normal days!

    have you ever tried working only one bodypart per day breaking over a 5 day period with 2 days of rest. I find this really helps me add muscle. Just my personal opinion not trying to offend anyone.
