This morning hit the gym 7am … usually I get my dose of Moya .. this morning he stood me up ..how do you like that…he must of had a rough night .. lol.. not like him to do that to me .. so i’ll let it slide .. any way warmed up for 5 min .. on the treadmill at 3.5 .. then did some ab work …. hit the treadclimber for ..only 10 min.. yep Bill only 10 min.. then i worked out on the ellipticial for 20 .. yes Bill .. i cut back my cardio 10 min.. lol… and worked the bis tris ..chest lats .. today.. have to take it easy on my right leg this week .. so did not take the spin class i signed in for .. that stinks .. but .. i have to watch the hip n back .. I do feel alot stronger.. i have increased my weight s an i have been doing some squats n raises n press.. saw my Doc. yesterday .. he needs to take some films .. n need to se my PT .. on the 3 of July .. so until then need to take it easy with my leg worksouts… well gotta feed the body …. n start my weekend .. have a great one !! ….Yep.. back hitting it hard making it happen ..Ihave been busy with the end of the year suff ..finally kids are out of school .. AHHH ..finding me time hit the gym yesterday .. had my Dose of Moya … awesome work out he hit me hard .. sweatin like an animal .. worked my upper body .. yesterday .. haven’t workout like that in a while .. arms..straight arm raises n side arm .. curls flies ,Tris..chest back .shoulders…n really hitting the glutts did some presses just hit alittle of everything ! .. haha need to get back in my favorite jeans … loving the changes … my clothes are fitting nicer … but that dam scale is not moving .. i know how that goes though .. i’ll get past that just have to tweak the diet .. i work my ass off in the gym ..cardio ..40 min. i burn an avg. of 550 cal.. dripping in sweat .. i just need to make some changes Johnny says my diet is fine … I have been under alot of stress .. .. need to focus on me again .. I’ll get my gutts up to show some pics. I very shy when it comes to that !! hahah Hey Have a great one .. Train hard…Stay Strong.. Be well ..ox Gina

Yep it’s back to the burn ..got a good 25 mins. on the treadclimber yesterday ..burned 368cal.. i need it ..felt great to sweat like an animal ..lol.. i haven’t been in the gym as much as i liked to be lately ..i have been dealing with some personal issues .. but i’m hitting the gym today getting my dose of MOYA.. yeah he always comes through for me .. hits me hard but it feels great ..i need a good workout .. really will do me good .A dose of Moya .. always does my body good ! lol… i have to keep moving foward .. getting past the hurt .. lifes throws a curve now n then …it makes us stronger .. n i will get past this .. bump in my road …i’m ready to train hard… we all take a fall now n then.. i have fallen once again ..lol.. but i’m up n moving again ready to hit it harder .. have a great day ..stay strong ..train hard ..be well …ox Gina

strong>Good morning.. it’s been a while .. just trying to catch up … i have been back to the gym getting my Dose of moya… feeling great making some nice progress .. i had a little set back due to my back .. but I’m back on track feeling the burn … aaah found a new machine for cardio Bill you would love it …lol…. the TREDCLIMBER .. just awesome burns double the cardio .. also took my first yoga class last night it’s been almost 11 months since i was able to take a yoga class due to my roated sacrum .. n difunctional L4 And L5 ….felt great feeling strong again focusing on core strength… n Moya has just started working my legs again .. with some presses leg curls n some abductor n adductor work …feels great to be moving foward again .. it just seemed eveytime i took a step forward .. i was takin 2 steps back … now hopfully i can keep moving forward .. today i’ll hit the gym get my cardio in n do some ab work … i’ll train my upper body tomarrow … have a great day ! stay strong…. train hard … be well .. ox Gina

strong>Yeah ! another workout ..moya had me feeling the pump today …ahh worked the upper body ..tris bis .. lats, pecks, chest, focused on the upper body ..because of me takin a little hit last week i’m a little sore ..takin it light on the legs … did some squats .. worked the heart nice 45 min split it up today .20 on the tredmill tried to run after 3min. i felt my right leg weaken …..it’s still not strong enough to run… so pissed ..! but ..can do a nice incline an walk at 4.2…did intervals of hills n inclines works ..for me ..also did 25 on the that machine i still don’t know the name of ..haha i guess i’ll call it the elliptictred..lol..finished up with my 10 min stretch …my shake n feeling great ! …Train hard ….stay strong ..be well ..ox Gina

Yes … feelin much better today !! warmed up on the tredmill for 5 .. then Johnny had me working my abs..did some squats keepin me pretty light worked me a little felt great to do squats … nice n steady did great … chest, back n bis today … we did some step with the bands .. not to much leg work today being a little cautious because of my back… I took a little hit on wed. so i’m a little sore … ended my workout with .. 30 on the elliptical … with some of an incline .. actually it’s not an elliptical .. it’s a pretty cool machine can’t remember the name of it but had a really good cardio workout BILL.. nice…! burned 300 cal… yeah baby .. finished up with a nice stretch .. a shake .. n headed to my sons baseball game … Great morning so far .. enjoy the weekend .. n to all my bodyspace mom friends .. have a beautiful mothers day ! Yep…! only this time it wasen’t me in the gym.. someone hit my very nice 2004 Escalade EXT truck ..bam right in the back ..ouch..thank God no one was hurt I’m so mad not only because i was hit n saw it coming n couldn’t do anything about it ..but my back ..i was just feeling great n i’m feeling a little sore now … here i am on the way to a wake .. n i’m trying to do the right thing ..the girl that hit me was young 22 upset of course..lived near my town she was aplolgizing .. i’m so sorry..i’m sorry .. i just looked down for a second …i didn’t see you .. i said it happens .. here i ‘m thinking okay make this as painless as i can for this girl .. i don’t call the police i get her phone number n address n license…tell her i’ll call her n we’ll decide wether or not to go through insurance .. forget to get a plate # insurance n all that .. p.s. had to go to her house turns out i see her mom at the gym we don’t know each but now we do ..n she has to pay for my truck ..$$$$ …small world ..well we’re going through insurance .. my truck will be fixed .. n i will be hitting the gym n 30min.. ..life goes on ! chat with ya later …ox gina<em />

Hey ..hee haa Bill..(LMAO)……just kickin … hit the spin class for 60 minutes .. hahaha ….just awesome . it’s been 10 months .. i haven’t lost it … spinnning my buns off for 60….Yea Bill 60 min … drenched in SWEAT ……yeah baby …! loving it ..i’m back an hitting it hard …wooo hooo lol..hahaha Bill just gotta love it …never giving up to the other side….hahaha end my morning at the juice bar with a nice chat with my trainer n some friends .. n a choc. lean body for her shake .. with water ..n some strwberrys n a scoop of glutamine…have a great one ..train hard.. stay strong.. be well ..ox Gina

Another beautiful morning ..nothing better then waking to a beautiful morning n getting to train with …a man that truely makes a difference ! We worked my upper body today ..giving my abs, hips , n legs a rest …Johnny feels i’m making great progress n is inpressed with my strength ..n range of motion..wants to give mre alittle rest..being he killed me wed.. ha .oh i was sore .. today he worked my upper body hard ..hit the lats ,, shoulders back n chest ….wow ..i’m gonna need a little ice today ..my hip is feeling aliitle sore because of all the cardio ..i have done this week the elliptical got me ..actually it was the stair machine ..i sometimes i forget ..my limitations….did only 25 min of cardio today ! need to rest n recover …ended my workout with a nice stretch and a great shake … have a beautiful weekend ! train hard… stay strong…be well …ox Gina

Well the weeks just fly Happy Friday ….! ..this was a great week getting more cardio days in now i will be up to 4 days this week last night hit the gym late 7pm . i usually don’t do cardio..that late …I had a busy day .. glad i got it in though ..had great cardio workout ..warmed up on the tredmill for 12min .this time with a 5 incline..at 3.9 then hit the abs .. for 3 stets 1st 65lbs. x15 , 2nd 50lbs.20,3rd 25lbs. 25 reps.. then hopped on the stairs for a level (7) 5 min.. switching the position of my feet from standing to flat food stepping to ball of my foot pushing n getting that nice contraction in the calves .. n then skipping to every other step always have that glute nice n tight .. did 40 on the elliptical with front n reverse workout .. i also .. point my toes up n work from my heels of my feet on the reverse .. i get an awesome burn in the glute n legs…feels great …. finished up with a nice stretch ….today i’ll hit gym … n maybe get a spin class in …takiin it a little lite .. tomarrow johnny with kick my butt … need to rest up …haha ..have a great day … train hard .. stay strong .. be well ..ox Gina
