Today my new journey begins… not looking back the line is very long behind me.. I have been out of the gym for 8 weeks.. going through some really rough times.. i chose the freedom to fall that was the choice i made.. n now realize it’s okay to fall .. but whats important is how fast we get back up n moving again.. well I’m up , n moving.. n i have my friends here at bb.com to thank from the bottom of my heart..i couldn’t have done it without you**JOEL**JD*N RaCk**you guys **ROCK***MUAH***I did it… LOL..I made my way back to the gym.. yep.. hit it yesterday .. hee haa . ** warmed up for 10 on the tred…. Worked the abs. Tris,Bis, Lats** hit the ellipticial.. for 20.. felt sooo good …. Baby i’m back… n gonna make it happen.. yes I’m moving foward guys*** Cheers to you .. in fitness n good health **2008**is gonna **ROCK** Kat I’m gonna Get intouch ***Have an awesome one.. Yep hit the gym after being out for 2 weeks … uuuh can’t do that my body was SCREAMIN for this …. feels so good worked my shoulders, cheast, lats, abs. n had a kickass cardio workout on the treadclimber… yep started with 10min.. at 4.0 max level .. dropped it down to 3.5.. for 5 n then down for 10.. at 3.7 n hit it again for 4.0 3 min.. at max finished up at 3.5 for 2.. took my sweaty butt to the gym floor n had a nice 10min streatch…ended my workout with my favorite lean body for her low carb. of course.. strawberry shake… ahhhh the sweet rewards of a great workout…….nothin like workin out // how can you not.. ! lol… have a beautiful day.. stay strong ..train hard … be well …until next time ** muah ** remember.. you are a product of all your hard work …!!ox~Gina~

Yes.. I am … my saturday 7am Dose of MOYA… he worked my upper body .. this morning .. hit the tred first thing … did a warm up like always only 3min.. though was running a little behind today .. did pull ups n tricep pushdowns, dips, lying db extensions…. worked the biceps.. did hammer curls seated db curls n worked the shoulders.. with seated db presses n lying db press on the ball .. seated rows.. i’m forgetting something I’m sure .. lol.. worked the core as always.. .. with some squats using the fitball he always has to put in front of the stairs… doing these darn squats pressing against the fit ball.. lol..l… he loves to piss me off.. well there is a wall in front of them… so .. it works…he had me also throwing a ball an twisting my core getting a nice range of motion with twisting he was getting pissed at me .. wasen’t liking my form .. i guess ..although we did have a good workout .. also did some crunches on the fitball holding a 20lb.ball .. feeling the burn.. lovin it… yeah baby workin it!!.. did my CARDIO.. BILL..ha!20 min. on the elliptical this morning .. also hit the treadclimber… yes.. i did .. 15min.. haven’t used that machine in 2 months dr. orders.. because of my SI joint.. but .. was cleared to use it on thursday .. hee haa burn baby burn .. !! love that machine .. u burn double the cal.. great workout.. n then wind down with 10min.. on th treadmill with altanating inclines … n ended my workout this morning with a nice stretch.. a low carb leanbody for her strawberry shake.. mixed with water .. an a scoop of glutimine….no fruit for now.. added.. cutting some cal.. no bananas.. or zone bars .. no cheese.. n i must say lost 10 in 4 weeks .. awesome …..it’s working… n now ready to feed the body ..i’ll have 2whites 1whole.. sliced tomato.. n some broccoli..n grilled chicken… no cheese.. 1 slice of ww toast… n i’m feeling good !! n have a great day ! stay strong.. train hard .. be well ox Gina

Thats what i’m talking about ..Yeah… !!! takin it to the next level… Took a kick ass spin class 60 min.. baby .. hee haa .. so proud of me .. it’s been over a year since i could spin .. for 60min.. oh yeah feeling the burn .. thats what it’s all about takin it as far as you can go .. loving the feeling .. Yes !! I’m back … kickin butt .. !!! have an awesome Sunday !!! Train hard but smart .. stay strong …n feel the pump baby … !! LOL… hahhaha… ox Gina

Hit the gym this morning .. had my Dose Of Moya !!! worked me hard hitting the legs , yea baby .. squats .. love em … yes i do n making some nice progresss.. worked also the bis n chest today .. n of course the good old core.. that fitball is getting to easy adding more weights .. n keep it strong!! Yeah …!!! leg day .. how i miss workin my legs .. it’s getting better n better .. heavier .. feels so good .. squats .. aahhh now thats what i’m talking about… work it … yep .. did presses too . n adductors.. worked my abs.. n lower back lots of core work .. Johnny is getting me strong … yea baby .. thats what i missed…. when he get tuff with me … lol….soon i will post a pic… i’m still not confident ..enough .. i’m too hard on me ….. my pics.aren’t any thing to brag about.. lol….well have a great one.. train hard .. but smart…..stay .. strong !!! ox Gina

WOW…Did a 30min. ab express class awesome … feeling the pain … making it back to those killer ab sessions … still can’t believe how much i’ve lost my strength is coming back… it been a long haul… wow it’s killing me..lol… it’s worth it though i love feeling that rush of hitting that last one !also took a spin class this morning … making every minute count …. . dripping ..in sweat …. reaching my max at 30 minutes .. of a 60 mintue spin.. glute n hip started feelin the stress .. crampin a little .. needed to stop walked it out had some Gatorade n streached for 15 min feeling much better ! I reached my goal today made it half way through the class … n now i feel awesome .. knowing i’m half way there…getting the most out of every minute … this is for me .. an no one else .. but me …i’m in control takin it to the next level .. baby .. it’s all about me .. when i’m working out … sweating through that last rep … hitting it hard and loving the pump … yeaaaa … making it count !! Hee haa so happy today my last Pt. session ..was cleared to do lunges .. with light weights n squats … oh how i’ve been longing for this day … my back is strong i’m holding my adjustment .. no rotation .. held my plank for just about 2 mins. i know dosen’t sound like much ..but for me it’s a great accomplishment ! My PT. was inpressed with how strong my core is .. n back …so he cleared me today .. aahh now if i say pain free for 30 days n straight he said i could start jogging again … which a few weeks ago was told i wasen’t going to be able to run anymore… so today i live in the moment of this awesome news..n tomarrow Johnny n I will hit the weights a little harder n i will be doing lunges … lol… i know i’m making a big deal .. but hey it’s been over a year … n i love working my legs n glut ..so yea it’s a big deal …. oohh gotta run my son has football pratice … have a great one .. stay strong ,train hard .. be well .. ox Gina

Yes…! Had my Dose of Moya this morning ..Feels great hitting the weights a little heavier ..I have not been consistant with my workouts .. lifes unexpected .. happens .. we all have our share i know n this summer has took alot of gym time away from me due to the unexpected.. Now i’m back on track n working towards getting me back in the best shape of my 42 yrs young life… lol…Today we worked on my core strenght.I also did chest.. presses ,back lats .abs.. n some glutts ..oh can’t for get my squats with some light weights just love’em .. have to get that bootty back in shape .. lol…it’s amazing .. after being in the best shape at 40…working out 6 days a week training 2x n running 6 days .. I think back to how i was ..wow.. what dedication .. n hard work i put into me alot of sweat how i miss that rush that feeling oh working myself to the max… I loved every minute of it .. like most of you know what it takes n how much time n hard work goes into keep yourself in the best shape … aaahh the rewards are priceless..! I’m determind to get it back ..!I cannot believe how much i have lost .. I never tracked my workouts online before or even thought of progress pics..until i joined this awesome site I now wish i had those before n after pics.. … if i wasen’t a good eater boy .. i would be in really bad shape .. through this whole long recovery .. i have learned that time n healing is so very important . n not to take ourselves for granted to really listen to our bodies.. we become so focused on keeping ourselves in the gym training working hard so we don’t loose what we’ve worked so hard for .. we just brush it off.. n in the end we do loose because of injury .. well i should say I lost.. so i now listen to my body train smarter n I’m going to keep moving foward taking one day at a time .. n stay focused on the positive.. no more bent over rows for me .. or smith machine …or running miles .. sooo disappointed .. but .. i’m back on track .. feeling good again..I have to be greatful .. i’m moving n thats whats most important…i’m truely blessed ..n i will not look back i know now the line is very long behind me .. keep moving foward .. my new journey is just beginning…n thanks to all of you here for all your kind words, support n friendship …which has made this recovery easier .. the moviation .. n kind hearts have made such a difference in my life .. there are so many awesome people here on bb.com Thank you .. n God Bless .. train hard stay strong , be well …the best is yet to come ..!!! oxoxGina

Yea now thats what i’m talking about feeling the burn … worked it today … took a spin class 30 min… hee haaa felt that burn … working my way back to 60. mins…. love it miss it ! Had my dose of MOYA this morning feeling that pump loving it … tris bis .. abs .. press .. yes …. squats … did squats … long over due… needed to get that back into my workouts… feeling like the old me again …yep … back on track lets hope i can keep it that way … feeling great today it’s been a while … life has it’s bumps in the road n thats what i’ve been on a bumpy road … making my way through .. back to a smooth ride … thank you to all my friends here .. helping me get through the rough times .. n you know who you are … MUAH your the best ! … k … back to running out the door .. kids are calling .. lol.. stay well train hard be strong ! have an awesome weekend ! oxox Gina
