Workin it .. !

I am … my saturday 7am Dose of MOYA… he worked my upper body .. this morning .. hit the tred first thing … did a warm up like always only 3min.. though was running a little behind today .. did pull ups n tricep pushdowns, dips, lying db extensions…. worked the biceps.. did hammer curls seated db curls n worked the shoulders.. with seated db presses n lying db press on the ball .. seated rows.. i’m forgetting something I’m sure .. lol.. worked the core as always.. .. with some squats using the fitball he always has to put in front of the stairs… doing these darn squats pressing against the fit ball.. lol..l… he loves to piss me off.. well there is a wall in front of them… so .. it works…he had me also throwing a ball an twisting my core getting a nice range of motion with twisting he was getting pissed at me .. wasen’t liking my form .. i guess ..although we did have a good workout .. also did some crunches on the fitball holding a 20lb.ball .. feeling the burn.. lovin it… yeah baby workin it!!.. did my CARDIO.. BILL..ha!20 min. on the elliptical this morning .. also hit the treadclimber… yes.. i did .. 15min.. haven’t used that machine in 2 months dr. orders.. because of my SI joint.. but .. was cleared to use it on thursday .. hee haa burn baby burn .. !! love that machine .. u burn double the cal.. great workout.. n then wind down with 10min.. on th treadmill with altanating inclines … n ended my workout this morning with a nice stretch.. a low carb leanbody for her strawberry shake.. mixed with water .. an a scoop of glutimine….no fruit for now.. added.. cutting some cal.. no bananas.. or zone bars .. no cheese.. n i must say lost 10 in 4 weeks .. awesome …..it’s working… n now ready to feed the body ..i’ll have 2whites 1whole.. sliced tomato.. n some broccoli..n grilled chicken… no cheese..
