Yeah Baby..!! Lunges .. lol..
Hee haa so happy today my last Pt. session ..was cleared to do lunges .. with light weights n squats … oh how i’ve been longing for this day … my back is strong i’m holding my adjustment .. no rotation .. held my plank for just about 2 mins. i know dosen’t sound like much ..but for me it’s a great accomplishment ! My PT. was inpressed with how strong my core is .. n back …so he cleared me today .. aahh now if i say pain free for 30 days n straight he said i could start jogging again … which a few weeks ago was told i wasen’t going to be able to run anymore… so today i live in the moment of this awesome news..n tomarrow Johnny n I will hit the weights a little harder n i will be doing lunges … lol… i know i’m making a big deal .. but hey it’s been over a year … n i love working my legs n glut ..so yea it’s a big deal …. oohh gotta run my son has football pratice … have a great one .. stay strong ,train hard .. be well .. ox Gina
