One day left to go ..

Yeah so happy tomarrow last day in therapy yeah!! finally it’s official i can get back full speed ahead well..actually..lol.. back to the basic. yesterday had a great day did post in my blog but then learned don’t walk away from this bloggin  it does time out .. oh well ..

Yesterday was a great day got the okay to do lunges yes……my favorite  love the way my legs feel forgot how good it was  lol..also did some extensions n presses ..I focus  alot on core work keeps me aligned n strong support for my back it’s second nature to me now ..did my crunches ,sit ups ,twist crunches,an some pilate exercise .. weell today new day i’ll get some cardo in n do some upper body work today .. have a great one !

The first day back to the gym was a little frustrating to me .I couldn’t just pick up where i left off . started with my warm up on the bike 5min. then my morning stretch a must at least 5 sometimes 10 depending on how i feel .. then i walked a mile with 8lb. dumbbells where before i would get a good run in ..  Still not able to run yet ..oh how i miss it !oh n Lunges .. in time.did some legs extensions n lying leg curls ..worked the good old abs,gotta keep that core strong thats the whole key to getting back into my self need the support!! for the back .. the fitball really helps with the abs. no stress on my back n i get a great workout ..N finished up with a 10min stretch.. until next time i’m off to the gym  working  arms.n back today  gotta get the cardo in feeling a little sore but it’s a great feelin ..

Back to square one !

Okay let me give this bloggin a shot .

Today making my way back to the gym! 

After a long 6 months of  recovering from an injury a slipped femur n a disfunctional L4 n L5 of my lower back ..I have been looking foward to this day to come i’m very excitied but nervious at the same time . 

6 months ago i was a different person ..i trained 3 days a week did cardio 6 days a week which started with a 5 min . warm up on the bike then always a 5min  stretch.. my 1mile run twice a week a spin class  twice a week pilates m-w along with yoga great way to finish up ur morning after training hard..

Kickboxing on fri. awesome great workout 1 hour will keep u going for the day it’s great love it! can’t wait ..so wish me luck ..

Today my first day back to the gym….
