TODAY I POSTED A PICTURE OF ME PREGNANT WITH MY 6TH CHILD. SHE WAS BORN APRIL 2008. MARCH 2009 I FOUND THE CAGE AT THE ARNOLD AND TOOK MY LIFE AND MY BODY BACK. THERE HAS BEEN MANY STOPS & BUMPS IN MY ROAD BUT I WILL NOT STOP. SOME DAY I WILL LOVE THE WOMAN IN THE MIRROR?

MY PROGRESS PICTURE STARTS AT MARCH 23. 2009. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS INTO MY TRAINING. THE 2ND PICTURE WAS TAKEN MAY 10 2009. 1 WEEK BEFORE I BECAME A ALPHA TESTER FOR UNIVERSIAL’S PROJECT C.
IN THE FIRST 6 WEEKS OF MY TRAINING I HAVE
~LOST 22 LBS
~LOST OVER 35 INCHES
~TAKEN 16 INCHES OFF MY WAIST
~LOWERED MY BODY FAT FROM 44% TO 32%
~MY WAIST IS FINALLY SMALLER THAN MY CHEST & HIPS
I AM TURNING A APPLE INTO A HOURGLASS AND IT FEELS AMAZING!!!
***THIS IS JUST A START***
I WILL LOSE ANOTHER 45 LBS.
I WILL LOSE ANOTHER 7 INCHES OFF MY WAIST (MIN.)
I WILL PUT ON LEAN MUSCLE
I WILL LOVE THE GIRL IN THE MIRROR!!!

As of today I have lost over 30 inches.
~12 lbs~
~13 inches in my waist alone~
~and i have lowered my body fat from 44% to 32%…

My goal is to drop 40 lbs by June 1st. This is a cut process. I lowered my calorie intake to 1800 calories a day. 100-125 grams of carbs. 195-200 grams of protein and max 70 grams of fat. I am no longer on keto. I was losing alot of inches with it, but no weight. My overall weight goal is to drop at least 60 lbs. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS. Just started using Animal Pak Ultimate protein powder and I LOVE IT!!! Low calories low carbs and lots of good stuff in it!!! I started doing cardio 30 minutes 4-5 times a week when I was only doing it 1-2 times a week for 20 minutes.
I will keep you posted on me being a big loser

Day 17.
I have lost 6lbs
4 inches on my waist
2 inches on my chest
~need to measure the other stuff so i know~
clothes are very loose
lowered my BMI 9 points!!! (WHOSE UR MAMI!!!)
making lots of gains in my lifts!!!

I am on a high protein low carb diet. Started it 5 days ago. I am not eating anything that is over 3% carbs. I am eating small meals about every 3-5 hours. It was really hard in the first couple of days. I craved carbs like crazy. But I am doing much better today. Seems like my sugar is finally leveling out. I was drinking more than 6 cans of coke a day. Now I am drinking 10-15 glasses of water and gave up the soda cold turkey. I am really proud of myself! I know I am improving my health and will soon see myself losing the fat. I think the craziest part of this is how many haters I have had to deal with. My friends and even close family members think I am crazy for going on an extreme diet (their opinion, not mine). I have told them its only a kick start and in 4-6 weeks I will add in more complex carbs. THEY JUST DONT GET IT!! Im ok with that though, because this is for me. They can kiss my a$$.

My goal is to cut fat and build muscle. In the past I used the spark people diet and did pretty well. However, its high carbs and low protein. I started Atlins today. I figure it is worth a shot. My guy thinks I will do well with it. I am hoping if anyone else has tried, they will leave their advice, and comments!!
