birthday goal!
Hey Folks!!
So I’ve decided I need something to get the ball really rolling and get me psyched to workout and have something to reach for…so I’ve given myself a goal to reach in 6 weeks!….Which is….to have a 6 pack or something close to it atleast for my birthday which is Friday, November 13th!! Wish me luck!!
Let me know if you know of any great ab blasters or cardio bursts-workouts! Hope everyone’s having amazing workouts and is reaching every goal imaginable!!

There are lots of great ab exercises. But it’s not your ab workouts that get you a 6-pk. It’s what you do the other 23 hrs eat day outside the gym. Getting abs is all about DIET, DIET, DIET. You can’t spot reduce or spot exercise to bring’em out. Strict clean eating, to reduce overall BF, will shred BF to uncover those abs. GOOD LUCK!

Al-1961 thanks for the info…i know i can’t spot reduce, i know that!!!
I’m not spot reducing…but while maintaining my healthy eating regiment and my kick ass cardio and weight training i plan to achieve this goal
