Just getting into the swing….

I must say that this week is better than last week. I’m still struggling on my diet, but I’m getting better. I ended up cheating today when i was tempted by some chocolate chip cookies. I think that I might be able to get it under control. I just need to keep my eye on the prize and focus on my goal. I’m hoping to just get better every week. My big accomplishment this week was waking up at 4:15am every morning and getting in my first hour of cardio completed before heading to the nursing unit and working a 12-13 hour shift (still managing to get in at least 7-8 hrs or sleep= new bedtime 9pm)

NEW GOAL:

****NO CHEATING ON MY DIET FOR TWO WEEKS****

That’s it "Eye on the prize"! Begin with the end in mind. Stay focused on the two weeks cheat free, you can do it.

You go girl! Im trying to get up around the same time this week! I know your pain. As far as the cookies… dont sweat it. Its far more important to make life changes you can stick with. If eating a few cookies once a week is what it takes to keep you on track the other 95% of the time, then so be it!

Much respect & props coming your way…..up at 4:15am to workout, with 12-13 hr workday ahead. Keep charging & get that much needed sleep…… :D

Easy does it, do it easy. Gotta crawl before you walk. Just keep your goals in mind whenever those cravings hit. I know nurses are on the go for a great part of the day and getting in quick meals isn’t always easy. But when you can sneak a bite make sure its clean wholesome foods. Also if you drink your water throughout the day that should help alleviate the crave monster!
