Back on track…..

Okay, so my diet has been terrible and my workouts….well, I am not gonna go there.  I sprained my ankle in San Francisco(I won’t say when but a while ago) and ever since then my health kick came back to kick me in the butt…..I had some personal issues and I have neglected my health….so, where does that leave me?  Well, ankle hurts like hell but only at random times….working out is now possible. 

So, I am leaving my job in December and it is stressing me out….but the only solution is to get my shit back together and take care of myself…..I can do it….my problem is my attitude….time to regroup, re-assess? my goals and start over.  I know I can do it….

Oh yeah, my mountain bike arrived from the east coast today….so excited…..I don’t think of it as working out….I think of it as FUN!!!  So anyway, for you praying folks, please pray I will stay on track this time.  God Bless You!!!
