In the last 5 weeks I have lost 11 lbs. Just by actually logging what I was eating and doing these short 10 min. workouts. I’m pretty stoked. Just in itme to go to Vegas I can fit comfortably into clothes I own.
After I get back, my plan is to up my workouts to 4 strength days (upper body/lower body split) and 6 cardio days. Cardio on the days I lift will just be 20 minutes on my bike. Anyway, I don’t have the endurance I had last time I started P90X, so I am going to do that for the month of April. Then in May, here comes P90X!! I should complete that in time to look smokin for my borther-in-law’s wedding in L.A. in August.
Hopefully all goes well. We are buying a house and will be moving sometime hopefully in April, so I am hoping that doesn’t screw me up too bad. Maybe while I am packing I will find the missing P90X #5 video tape…

Congrats on the weight loss! Moves are no fun except when its done…lol. Keep up the wonderful progress.
