			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I thought I&#8217;d start a blog where we could all post our favorite clean foods.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
I am trying to get my butt back into gear and having some new ideas on meals and meal combinations is definitely something that will help.&nbsp; I am just a little bored at times with food and am trying to be more creative while still eating clean and staying on track.</p>
<p>I guess I will start by posting one of my favorite post work our treats.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Big Oatmeal Cookie </p>
<p>1/3 c. oats<br />
1 sc. vanilla protein powder<br />
1 egg white<br />
1/4 c. unsweetened apple sauce<br />
1/4 t. baking powder<br />
1/4 t. cinnamon<br />
5 packets of splenda </p>
<p>Mix in a big bowl with a fork and spoon onto a cookie sheet as one large cookie. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until the edges start to brown. It makes one dinner plate sized cookie. I spray a few sprays of butter spray on top and eat it warm out of the oven. YUM! </p>
<p>Per fitday: </p>
<p>Total: 248<br />
Fat: 3<br />
Carbs: 26<br />
Protein: 29</p>
<p>I also like to mix one scoop of protein with 1 cup of egg whites and make it in a pan with non stick spray.&nbsp; Like a pancake.&nbsp; I do this on low carb days.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just started having these massive headaches.&nbsp; Last week I was just warming up, doing a little of jump rope and Bang, I get this pain on the left side of my head around my temple and it runs to part of my ear.&nbsp; I slowed down and just walked in the treadmill.&nbsp; Saturday I am back to the gym and as I was doing a dead lift, I got it again.&nbsp; Its almost immediately once I start weight lifting, this time I swear I felt something pop around the temple area in my head.&nbsp; I was not able to work hard through the rest of my work out and found myself just rubbing and sitting down through most of my work out. I took Sunday off and I went in again yesterday when I go and get the same thing.&nbsp; I was just starting to do lat pull downs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
I am very flustered with this.&nbsp; I want to go in and work hard and this is driving me insane.&nbsp; I still feel pressure today and a slight headache.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
Is this a common thing?</p>

<p>These no carb or very low carb days are a challenge.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>45 min cardio/3 scoops of xtend </p>
<p>3 cups of brocolli 8:30pm<br />
1 can of albacore tuna </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How often do you get off track sometimes?&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
This week I pretty much have not done much, went to the gym sunday, killed my legs.&nbsp; Monday did back and just made it back last night and did a little something.&nbsp; I kind of wanted to take a week off to organize myself and try to really focused on a plan.&nbsp; I feel like my work outs are not consistent and I am all over the place.&nbsp; I also ate whatever I wanted.&nbsp; I kind of feel guilty but its done. </p>
<p>I really dont&#8217; like feeling this way.&nbsp; I need to get out of it.&nbsp; I start doubting myself and feel like I am not where I want to be.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>I guess my real questions is, how normal is this?&nbsp; Do we just all go through it and its a matter of just getting back on track.&nbsp; but how?</p>

I was doing a low calorie day yesterday and I didnt stick to it.&nbsp; I have been doing so well that I am so dissapointed now.&nbsp; I have just been feeling tired and I swear feeling like an addict wanting some burgers&#8230;or fast food.&nbsp; I mean, it was just hard yesterday.&nbsp; I was doing good but I didnt pack enough veggies, that probably would have helped.&nbsp; I didnt plan well so I take responsibility for it.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>So here it goes, good or bad my food log.</p>
<p>supplements 7:30am </p>
