Making it happen

Well I decided to start a blog. That way I can keep myself accountable. I am still trying to figure things out, so please be patient. I am new to this bodyblog and the whole bodyspace set up.
My short term goals are to reduce my body fat and maintain what I have accomplished so far.
Long Term goal - To compete in the future, at least once in a figure competition.
I love working out and when I don’t work out and eat clean after a few days I miss it and I need it. I am just not the same person when I get off track.
I try to do really good with my food and i do admit I cheat here and there, and I have gradually reduced them.
The weekends seem to be my greateast challenge as I am trying to run around and get everything done for the week to come.
I will appreciate any comments and suggestions for my blog. I may not even think about things and your suggestions can remind me of what it is you are interested in reading also.
