I made it through the very low carb day…
I made it through the day of yesterday. OMG
I was dying. I also tried the Tabada. OMG it was the hardest 4 minutes but it felt good. I had to wait a bit before I could walk ok, I did the front squats no weight, just body weight. I think I will keep doing them and then slowly add.
These no carb or very low carb days are a challenge.
supplements 7:50am
1 Cup of egg whites 8:50am
6oz sirloin burger 11:50am
1 cup of green beans
3 bcaa
1 1/2 Scoops of MD Protein 2:00pm
1/2 cup of cc
5 almonds 3:00pm
coffee
3 bcaa 5:00pm
45 min cardio/3 scoops of xtend
3 cups of brocolli 8:30pm
1 can of albacore tuna
3bcaa 10:00pm

thanks for the sweet recipes..will check them out soon…going to do a good workout today… Not sure what body part needs working out the most..My butt hurts already but only from sitiing on it too long studying…one more class tomorrow and study break…yippeee..

do you have a routine your are following? Maybe you should just do 3 full body workouts a week.
