My food log - what do you think

Does it look ok?

supplements - 3 bcaa,2 hot rox, 3 fish oils, 2 multi vitamins, 2 vitamin c 7:50am

Oatmeal-pumpkin Pancakes 8:50am 224c 4.3f 26c 16.33p

    looks like a good diet..not to sure about the supplements as i dont really take any..other than a fat blocker which i dont think….it is enough was thinking about taking cytolean? Anyways love the AVI of your back its amazing..u have been there once so i think that you have the determination to do it ..
    one day at a time…think of when you are sick and can not go to the gym..so because you are helathy it gives you a reson to get there..no excuses not even exams…..
