Confession..lol

Hi everyone,
Ok so I have to confess, I did horrible yesterday.  My morning started with the morning holiday breakfast they do at my job.  I gave in.  Then I was sleepy and slow all day.  I was not hungry at all after that huge junk meal.  I only had my supplements and water for most of the day, till about 6:30 pm that I was hungry again.  Bad, Bad….I did make it to the gym and was there for a bit doing my weight training. 
 

Today, I am back to my clean eating and scratching off yesterday.  I am not as hard on myself now when I cheat.  I just keep going and try to just let it be.  I have done really well with not giving in being that my job seems to have food every single day since Thanksgiving. 
 

Anyway, I left my book at home but will post my work out tonight.

1 Cup of egg whites
1 tbsp pb
1/2 Ezekial Muffin

12 oz Tuna Casserole
crystal light

oatmeal protein cookie

1/4 cup of cc
1 scoop of vanilla MD
1/4 cup Muesli cereal

spike

Legs/ 20 min cardio
2 scoops of Xtend

1/2 Ezekial Muffin
1 packet of tuna

4 cups of mixed green beans and carrots
crystal light

2 oz of ww pasta 12:00pm
4 oz of beef with spaghetti sauce
protein Pudding

2 rice cakes 2:30pm
1 tbsp pb
Tuna Casserole

supplements
1 scoop of vanilla MD 6:00pm

Green Tea Latte 8:00pm

4oz of shirmp 11:00pm
2 cups of green beans

1 scoop of vanilla MD 12:00pm

Hi,

Well I decided to start a blog.  That way I can keep myself accountable.  I am still trying to figure things out, so please be patient.  I am new to this bodyblog and the whole bodyspace set up.  

My short term goals are to reduce my body fat and maintain what I have accomplished so far. 

Long Term goal - To compete in the future, at least once in a figure competition.   

I love working out and when I don’t work out and eat clean after a few days I miss it and I need it.  I am just not the same person when I get off track. 

 

I try to do really good with my food and i do admit I cheat here and there, and I have gradually reduced them. 

 

The weekends seem to be my greateast challenge as I am trying to run around and get everything done for the week to come. 

 

I will appreciate any comments and suggestions for my blog.  I may not even think about things and your suggestions can remind me of what it is you are interested in reading also.
