I am totally with you. Stress is high for everyone right now. The holidays are coming, times are tough for most, and the weather is changing. I also sometimes find it tough to sleep with the stresses of the world, and I think having people support you is so key.

As far as dinner ideas, I am continually trying to grill large amounts of extra skinless boneless chicken breasts to add to my brown rice and/or salads. I really like the rub seasonings, and I started using them on the salads as well for extra flavor. On my salads I like to use almond slivers, cranberries or strawberries, carrot slivers, bell peppers, and maybe a lil goat cheese or fat free cheese. My salad dressing is homemade with a lil olive oil, yogurt, and some berries in a blender.

I hope that gives you an idea, and I am always looking for an extra workout partner on the weekends in Colorado.

Have a great week!

Aww, it's ok. You will bounce back and you will be ok. What you need to do is while you are injured, maybe write out a new work out plan for when your leg is all healed. This way you are still concentrating on fitness and not the junk food :).
