holy hell why is it when i am injured i eat junk and more junk?!?!
So, I could go right on to blame the junk eating on my dad being in town and it being his bday or that i am depressed therefore I eat but who the heck knows the true logic between it!!! it seems every time i get hurt and cant train i just eat whatever in whatever amounts.. ridiculous!!

Aww, it’s ok. You will bounce back and you will be ok. What you need to do is while you are injured, maybe write out a new work out plan for when your leg is all healed. This way you are still concentrating on fitness and not the junk food
