A little ironic huh? I am a trainer and do a fantastic job of motivating myself but I am considering hiring a trainer short- term. I am looking for someone to set up a few new workouts for me and to help me to really set goals.. and break out of my comfort zone. Anyone know anyone in North Colorado?
