Back in the game!

SO as many you have read in my recent body blogs.. I have been sorta out of the game for a bit.. with the loss of my best friend I just lost it.. one top of the loss.. I started back to school (and am seriously struggling with learning how to study again) am working like a mad woman to pay off some bills.. and am suffering from Kendra (my daughter) withdrawals.. I’m not seeing her as much as I use to though she still is my number ONE priority..

Last Friday I snapped… there was a few things that led to cause it but I’ll leave that personal drama out of bodyspace.. something inside me clicked again and in came this rush of motivation.. THANK GOD! Its been a while since I have felt like this.. I have been wavering just sitting in my comfort zone since I moved to Colorado..maybe even a little depressed.. I miss the ocean and its hard to move somewhere where you know NO ONE. Anyway…back to motivation.. So here I am and I am feeling the full force of fire : ) I am VERY excited.

I sat down and scheduled special Mommy/Kendra time with Kendra, scheduled study time and wrote in workouts and work schedules.. but I am finding I am deff. a busy woman! I have zip zero time and I need some help in the eating department.. I am use to having time and being able to cook every night  but now its damn near impossible.. I need to come up with some creative FAST to grab and eat snacks and some creative meals I can cook that can carry over for a couple of meals. If any of you have  any suggestions.. trust me I will love you forever!!!

Thanks guys.. gotta run.. time to kick some ass!

Try cooking large quantities on the weekends (or whenever you have a little more time), so that you have healthy meals or snacks to take on the go throughout the week. That requires planning, but looks like you’re already making progress with that. Good luck! :D
