Changing up my workouts for maximum results.
I am in the process of re-evaluating my workouts to acheive maximum results. My routine previously consisted of:
Sunday: Lower body weights
Monday: Upper body weights/ 20-45 min cardio
Tuesday: Cardio Day
Wednesday: Lower body weights
Thursday: Upper Body weights/20-45 min cardio
Friday: rest
Saturday: Cardio Day
In re-configuring this is my plan so far (not finished!)
Sunday: Cardio Day/Cross Train Day- get outside and hike, kayak, run ect.
Monday: Shoulders, forearms, back and run 2-4 miles
Tuesday: Chest, biceps, triceps and stationary bike - 20-30 min
Wednesday: Cardio Day 45-60 min interveral training
Thursday: Lower Body
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Full Body light weights + Cardio
